Are Citysurf images captured in real time?
No they are not. Images, newest was taken in 2005, were purchased by the corporations in various times.
How can I find detailed images of my city? Why couldn't I find?
The images of your city are kept in the customer's servers.
Who offers data?
Various constitutions (Municipalities, public constitutions, private firms etc.) that are purchased cityserver program.
